Pre Filter

It is primary air filter which filters room air initially and forward towards HEPA filter. Usually, pre filter keeps out particles 5 microns or higher.

HEPA Filter

This is final filter. Air filtered through pre filter is forwarded towards HEPA filter. HEPA filter offers 99.99% efficiency for 0.3 micron particulates.

Pressure gauge

Magnehelic gauge is used to monitor differential pressure across HEP filter with respect to ambient

Work bench

It is made of stainless steel. Samples / products are put on it for work.

Sash

Sash is sliding front door. User can slide it manually and adjust the opening height as needed.

Light

Light is fitted to provide proper illumination under the working area.

Service fixtures

Main chamber is fitted with electrical socket, air and gas cock.

DISPENSING BOOTH CONSTRUCTIONDispensing booth is a kind of laminar flow filtration cabin which is employed in dispensing, sampling and weighing of powders and chemicals in pharma, biotech and chemical industries. Such units work on reverse laminar flow working principle and provide protection to operators, products / samples and surrounding environment.

Dispensing booth is usually made of stainless steel and equipped with three stage filtration (10µ Pre-filter, 310µ Intermediate and 0.310µ HEPA Filter) with the help of motor blower assembly. In order to measure the pressure of HEPA filter, magnehelic gauges are fitted. Pre-filters are washable.

Product Details:

An air shower is a two doors walk-through dust removal system, which is fitted prior to cleanroom entrance. The purpose of setting up air shower system is to control the risk of spreading contaminants in the cleanroom environment by removing particulate matter on the personnel by throwing class 100 airflow. The air shower machine throws high velocity HEPA filtered air through jet nozzles which removes particulate matter (includes solid and liquid particles suspend in air and some of them are hazardous in nature). The contaminated air is again filtered and re-circulated. With-in seconds, the person entering into air shower comes out entirely cleans i.e. free from harmful dust. Electronics and Pharmaceutical productions and animal breeding laboratories are some of areas where air showers are extensively used.
